Video Contest
Empowering You through Technology
You’ve been asking about the MIC Video Contest since last year’s event and we’re excited to see the 2011 submissions based on the theme: Empowering You through Technology.
Submit a short video clip that shows how your NISC’s solutions have Empowered You through Technology. Your video should:
- Be no longer than five minutes in length
- Standard Definition (640x480 or 720x480) or High Definition (1280x720 or 1920x1080
- Be submitted as a file, on DVD or Blu-Ray disc
Include your name, organization name, title, e-mail address and phone number with your submission. Multiple entries are accepted. Submission deadline for the contest is August 22, 2011.

Select video submissions will be shown during the MIC.2011 banquet. Two grand prize winners will be awarded an Apple iPad 2, 16GB Wi-Fi (or the cash equivalent).
The NISC Community Award for Service Excellence Program
NISC honors Members who use NISC products to enhance or improve the customer service experience. The NISC Community Award for Service Excellence Program recognizes the new standards of achievement and innovation our Members, Customers, Associate Members and Subsidiaries have implemented to serve their Members, customers and employees with excellence and distinction.
There are three categories of recognition:
- Service Excellence in People – Service Distinction Award
- Service Excellence in Process – Innovation Award
- Service Excellence in Technology – Technology Award
