Bus Transportation To/From Airport
NISC has arranged for bus transportation between the Lambert St. Louis International Airport and the Renaissance® St. Louis Grand Hotel in downtown St. Louis. Fee for the bus transportation is $25 one way or round trip and will be charged to your company after the conference's conclusion. To utilize this service, you must sign up for bus transportation through the MIC Registration.

Airport Pickups
The shuttle bus will pick up every 20 to 30 minutes all day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, and Sunday, September 11.

Main Terminal Arrivals for those arriving on Tuesday, September 6 and Sunday, September 11: (All airlines EXCEPT Southwest Airlines®) Destination St. Louis (NISC’s chosen convention services transportation company) greeters with "NISC" signs will meet passengers on the Baggage Claim level at baggage carousels #1 and #6. A desk with an NISC sign is also set up at "The Meeting Place," adjacent to baggage carousel #1. Please check in at "The Meeting Place" if you do not see a greeter.

East Terminal Arrivals: (Southwest Airlines) Destination St. Louis greeters with "NISC" signs will meet passengers in the baggage claim area and escort you to the vehicles parked at ET 15. Please remain in the baggage claim area until you see a greeter.

As you are making your travel arrangements, please note that airport transportation to the Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel is provided ONLY on Tuesday, September 6 and Sunday, September 11 (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If you will be arriving or departing on any other day, you will need to make your own arrangements for transportation.

Hotel Pickups
The shuttle bus will make return trips to the airport all day (6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) departing every 20 to 30 minutes on Friday, September 9, and Wednesday, September 14. You can sign up for a return trip to the airport through the NISC online MIC registration.

MetroLink Info
The MetroLink, St. Louis' light rail system, can take you from the airport to downtown St. Louis in 35 minutes. Information and tickets are available at all MetroLink stations. Check with the hotel concierge or the NISC registration desk for a brochure. The MetroLink provides transportation to the following places: Casino Queen, Laclede's Landing, Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Scottrade Center, Union Station, Forest Park (home of the St. Louis Zoo, Art Museum, Science Center, History Museum, The Muny and more) and many other locations.

The MetroLink can also take you to the Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel, with a stop two blocks from the hotel at 6th and Washington Ave. (Convention Center Station).
