IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Reservations for the NISC room blocks and discounted rates can only be obtained through the MIC registration process. The hotels will not honor the NISC rate when reservations are made by any other method. Only one room per registered Member. Friends & Family cannot make additional reservations within the NISC room block.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Each individual room reservation must be confirmed and guaranteed by the attendee with a credit card deposit equal to the price of the room for one night. Should attendee need to cancel a reservation, refund of the deposit and/or cancellation fees will be in accordance with the hotel general policy at that time (currently a refund is given if an individual’s reservation is canceled at least five days before arrival).
