NISC’s Membership is over 1,000 organizations strong, delivering energy and communications services to all areas across the U.S. and abroad. And this September, they will gather for a week of learning and collaboration at the 2026 Member Information Conference (MIC). The MIC is also an excellent opportunity for your organization to network with the MIC attendees as well as the NISC staff.

MGM Grand Las Vegas
We’re excited to welcome our Partners to the iconic MGM Grand Las Vegas, one of the largest and most dynamic hotels in the world. Located on the famous Las Vegas Strip, the resort offers premier accommodations, world-class dining and entertainment just steps from the show floor.
The MGM Grand Conference Center provides state-of-the-art meeting space, seamless logistics and modern amenities designed to support a successful and productive event experience.
With the exception of MICfest, all events will take place at MGM Grand Las Vegas. MICfest will be just behind the conference center at TopGolf.
Exhibitors Will Receive
Admission to meals, receptions, MICfest and events, and recognition throughout the conference via the MIC mobile app, and event signage through the Opening and Closing General Sessions.

Partner Registration
Registration is required prior to booking rooms. Attendees will be given a link to the hotel website in the confirmation email once registration is completed.
Additional Partner staff registrations will cost $1,245.00 until Wednesday, June 17, at 5:00 p.m. CT. After this date, the rate will be $1,345.00 until registration closes on Tuesday, August 21, 2026.
Reservation requests for the MIC will be accepted through Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CT. Reservation requests received after this date will be subject to availability.

Dedicated hours with attendees are indicated below by an asterisk. During these networking hours, attendees are invited to gather in the Pavilion. Partners are invited to host a raffle giveaway during the Happy Hour and Break—our final opportunity to connect! NISC will announce the winners on Wednesday, September 16, at 3:30 p.m. in the Partner Pavilion. Attendees must be present to claim their prize.

Member Experience Recognition (Signature Level Only)¹
The NISC Member Experience Awards are announced during the Closing General Session and recognize NISC Members who use NISC solutions to solve business problems.
Partner Sessions²

Cancelation Policy
Sponsorship / Booth:
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that your sponsorship fee is non-refundable and, once registered, your sponsorship of the MIC cannot be cancelled. If you choose not to attend the MIC for any reason, you will still be responsible for providing payment of the full sponsorship amount. Any refunds of pre-paid sponsorship will be at NISC’s discretion.
Booth Personnel
Registration fees for booth personnel are fully refundable until August 7 at 5:00 pm CT. After this date, registration fees will be refunded minus a $400 fee. Substitutions are allowed at no charge at any time.
